Review of Patio De Getsemani
I had a fantastic experience at Patio De Getsemani in Cartagena. The place was immaculately clean, which made for a very pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and exceptionally nice, always there to help. Their attentive customer care truly stood out. Plus, the on-site parking was a great convenience. Located in a marvellous and stunning neighborhood, it was easy to get anywhere from there. Highly recommend!

Immaculately clean venue with savoury and delicious breakfasts and roof top views. The location convenient and absolutely perfect to buy larger containers from a local supermarket. And really close to many popular bars and restaurants and the main plaza in Getsemani with many restaurants. Great way to end our trip.

Wonderful and lively accommodation with unbeatable setting near to the centre of Cartagena, things to see and a nice square that comes to live during night:)))
Bad smell in the room.

The place was spotlessly clean and offered great comfort. The location was marvelous and convenient, just off Trinidad plaza, close to the center, restaurants, and bars. We enjoyed a lovely evening at Varsity, which was near the venue.

Nice clean room, helpful staff.
Street side room was a bit noisy at night. The new sister hotel in San Diego district is nicer and 15% expensier and in a nicer district.

It is a good little property located in Getsemani district next to a square where all the locals meet in the evening, major getesemani attractions and good price and Old Town, the Fort and the Central Park and the district of Getsemani which is a vibrant neighbourhood.

The staff were very nice and happy to help. Most of the staff could comunicate in English. The hotel room was clean and the breakfast was fine. The lady that worked behind the desk in the hotel allowed us to check out an hour later as we could not check into another hotel for a few hours.
There was no hot water in the bathroom and our room was the first off the street so we had the noise of cars and people all night. The night porter disappeared in the night and left someone locked out who banged on the door for about 15 minutes one night.

Patio De Getsemani is a vibrant boutique property with an incredibly helpful staff from check-in to check-out. Its convenient location makes it easy to explore the tourist area. Plus, it's right next to Central Park and Getsemani, which is one of the best neighborhoods in Cartagena.

The room was clean and spacious.Above all, it had a roof terrace with a fantastic view to the castillo. Reading the comments to the hotel about the location I was first a bit worried. Indeed the houses next the hotel are not so nice, but I was walking at night at 11 pm and it was absolutely safe.Considering the prices hotels charge in Bocagrande the Patio de Getsemani is reasonably priced. I can strongly recommend this hotel.
Rooms in the first floor are nicer than on the ground floor

Everybody was very friendly and helpful and good durning my stay. Jason the manager was excellent and he also spoke excellent english. Valero the asst was great as well as Julio Anecia and Erica gave me the best of service. Iloved it
I liked very much where I stayed . It is about a 20 min walk to the old city which I didn.t mind . taxis are very plentiful so transportation is not a problem. This is much closer to Cartagena than boca grande

Unprofessional staff - no knowledge about restaurants (only recommendation is own restaurant) - little knowledge about any kind of activities you would like to do, e.g. boat trips, trips to national parks (e.g. Tayrona), museums, etc. - they try to charge everything extra with outrageous prices, e.g. laundry

The room is great value for money with fantastic views of the lake. The hotel has a trendy restaurant. This is a property go-to for Cartagena👍❤
